PVC waterstops
Hydroflex PVC waterstops are manufactured in accordance with TS 3078-1 and TS 3078-2 standards and are designed to seal construction and expansion joints in concrete and reinforced concrete structures. They effectively compensate for horizontal and vertical movements of structures and are used in dams, reservoirs, swimming pools, subways, retaining walls, slab foundations and structures located below the groundwater level.
Perforated TPE tapes
Perforated Hydroflex TPE tapes are used to seal existing and potential expansion joints after concreting. They are suitable for foundations, underground parts of buildings, tunnels, sewage treatment plants, drinking water tanks. The tapes have an elasticity of up to 600% , are resistant to ozone, fuel and oils and retain their operational properties in the temperature range from –40 °C to +90 °C .
Waterproofing tapes and corner elements
Hydroflex waterproofing tapes and corners made of polyester or TPE-coated felt provide reliable sealing of structural joints and wet areas. They are widely used in bathrooms, swimming pools, tanks, terraces, parapets, as well as in places where roofs and floors meet walls.
Hydrophilic swellable cords
Hydroflex hydrophilic swelling cords are made of thermoplastic elastomer and are able to expand upon contact with water, effectively filling pores, cracks and capillaries of concrete. They maintain their integrity even in salt water, do not collapse during swelling and have high chemical resistance. They are used in cold joints, swimming pools, tanks, as well as in joints of pipes and metal elements to concrete.
Sealants and mastics
Polyurethane and MS-polymer sealants Hydroflex 40 FC and 40 MS allow you to choose the optimal solution for sealing expansion, temperature and installation joints. They provide high adhesion, elasticity and durability in various operating conditions.
