Construction of industrial concrete floor of large warehouse
Industrial concrete floors are the foundation of the reliability of any large warehouse, logistics center or production facility. 1. Preparing the base
Construction begins with soil preparation. Geotextiles are used to strengthen the base and separate the layers, which prevents soil subsidence, reduces the risk of cracks and ensures the stability of the concrete slab. Properly selected geotextiles increase the reliability of the structure and extend its service life.
2. Reinforcement of concrete floor
PROTEX reinforcement clamps are used to form the reinforcement cage, which guarantee the adherence of the protective layer of concrete. This prevents corrosion of the reinforcement and increases the strength of the monolithic slab.
3. Waterproofing and concrete subfloor
Instead of a traditional concrete subfloor, a spiked membrane is used, which creates an effective waterproofing barrier, protects the concrete from soil moisture, and reduces the risk of structural failure.
4. Concreting with additives

5. Expansion joints
